Delays in approvals or required information may affect delivery schedules. CodeVista Solutions shall not be responsible for delays caused by the client.

4. Pricing & Payment Terms

All quotations issued by CodeVista Solutions are based upon the agreed scope of work. Any modifications, additional functionality, or change requests may require revised pricing.

• Advance payment may be required before project initiation.
• Remaining payments shall follow agreed milestones.
• Delayed payments may pause ongoing work.
• Applicable GST and taxes shall be charged where required.
• Completed work is generally non-refundable.

5. Project Scope & Change Requests

Every project undertaken by CodeVista Solutions is executed according to the approved quotation, proposal, statement of work, or signed agreement. Deliverables and timelines are based on the agreed project scope.

Any additional functionality, integrations, design modifications, content creation, or feature requests beyond the approved scope shall be considered a change request and may require additional charges and revised delivery timelines.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership of the final deliverables shall transfer to the client only after full payment of all outstanding invoices unless otherwise agreed in writing.

CodeVista Solutions retains ownership of its proprietary frameworks, reusable code libraries, internal development tools, templates, workflows, methodologies, and intellectual property developed independently of client projects.

Third-party software, APIs, fonts, plugins, hosting services, payment gateways, and open-source libraries remain subject to their respective licenses and terms.

7. Project Delivery & Acceptance

Estimated timelines are based on project requirements and depend upon timely approvals, content submission, feedback, and client communication throughout the development process.

Clients are expected to review completed work within a reasonable period. If no feedback is received after delivery, the delivered milestone may be treated as accepted.

8. Revisions & Ongoing Support

Revisions included within the approved proposal will be completed without additional charges. Requests beyond the agreed scope may require separate quotations.

Website maintenance, software updates, security monitoring, hosting, SEO, digital marketing, and technical support are provided only under an active maintenance or support agreement, where applicable.

9. Confidentiality

CodeVista Solutions respects the confidentiality of all client information. Business documents, credentials, databases, source code, project files, and proprietary information shared with us will be handled responsibly and used only for delivering the agreed services.

Clients are also expected to maintain the confidentiality of our pricing, proposals, technical documentation, development methods, and proprietary business information.

10. Third-Party Services

Our projects may integrate third-party services including hosting providers, payment gateways, cloud platforms, APIs, plugins, analytics tools, communication services, and software licensed by external vendors.

CodeVista Solutions is not responsible for interruptions, licensing changes, downtime, account suspensions, pricing changes, or service failures caused by third-party providers beyond our reasonable control.
